Secure Usage Guidelines

  17. Never reveal or write down PIN, Passcode or Password. Avoid keeping any email or paper communication from the bank with regard to PIN, Passcode or Password.
  18. Be cautious about offers from caller tunes or email attachments, even from known sources.
  19. Be cautious while using Bluetooth in public places as someone may access your confidential data/information.
  20. Beware of browsing unauthenticated websites and avoid downloading anything from them.
  21. Never leave your smartphone unattended.
  22. Refrain from sharing confidential information via SMS, WhatsApp or any other means.
  23. Don't force close the Paytm Payments Bank app during an active session. Logout and then close the app.
