1. I have added money through NEFT in my BC service account, but the balance is not reflected. What should I do?

The BC service account is updated as per the NEFT cycle of RBI and it takes atleast two hours for the amount to be credited to beneficiary’s account. We request you to wait for a while, and if you still don’t see the balance, contact our helpdesk (0120-4160160) or use the Contact Us section of the BC agent app.


2. Cash Deposit/ withdrawal transaction has failed. How do I check the status?

We request you to check your My Transaction page in the BC agent app to confirm the status of the transaction. In case you need further support, please contact BC agent helpdesk (0120-4160160) or use the Contact Us section of the BC agent app.


3. I forgot my Paytm Payments Bank app passcode. How do I reset it?

Please follow the following steps to reset your passcode.

  • Login to your Paytm Payments Bank app
  • Go to Forget Password
  • Enter your First/Last 4 digits of KYC Document.
  • Enter your new 4-digit Paytm Payments Bank passcode.

4. How do I contact the Paytm Payments Bank Sales representative in my location?

Please refer to the Contact Us section of this app to know how to contact the Paytm Payments Bank Sales Representative tagged to you.


5. How can I check my earnings?

We request you to check your Passbook to see your earnings. In case you need further support, please contact our helpdesk (0120-4160160) or use the Contact Us section of the BC agent app.


6. How can I assure the customer that I am a certified Paytm Payments Bank Business Correspondent agent?

Go to profile section and click on agent certificate on this BC agent app. You will see a digital certificate stating that you are an authorized Business Correspondent agent of Paytm Payments Bank. Kindly show the same to the customer.


7. I want to reorder branding merchandise. What should I do?

Please place the merchandise request with our field sales representative. To know the sales representative's details, please refer to the Contact Us section of this app.


8. Why am I unable to call the BC helpdesk 0120-4160160?

Please ensure you are calling from the mobile number registered with the Paytm Payments Bank. If the number is not registered, you will not be able to connect with the BC helpdesk. For further information, please contact your designated field sales representative.


9. I’m getting an error message “you don’t have permission” while login in BC APP.

This could be due to your BC ID is terminated or it has been blocked due to various reasons. For further information, please contact the designated PPBL representative or BC helpdesk (0120-4160160).


10. How can I update to a new mobile number in BC APP?

To update the mobile number, please follow the steps mentioned in [_https://p-y.tm/Uw6M-UK_] or you may also call our Help & Support – 0120 4456 456 or BC Helpdesk - 0120 4160160.


11. I’m unable to offer certain services among KYC, AePS, DMT, Cash in & out etc. Why?

Certain permissions assigned to you might have got revoked due to various reasons. Kindly call BC helpdesk - 0120 4160160 or share the screenshot while sending an email to us (distribution.helpdesk@paytmbank.com). You may also contact the designated PPBL representative.
